Happy Salad with Simple Sherry Vinaigrette

I made this quick little salad today. The simple dressing we used is outstanding:

4 tbs cold-pressed organic olive oil
4 tbs Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tbs cooking Sherry
1 1/2 tbs Penzey’s Sandwich Sprinkle
dash freshly ground Celtic or Himalayan pink salt
dash freshly ground pepper
